Ever notice how most store-bought Almond Milk tastes just a little bit bitter? Even the ‘all natural’ brands of Almond Milk list Carrageenan, a ingredient that is linked to causing inflammation and gut irritation, even Cancer… eek!  Homemade Almond Milk is surprisingly easy to make and just tastes sooooo great.

For years, the only reason I hadn’t been able to cut dairy fully from my diet (and embrace Paleo/Crossfit lifestyle) is MORNING COFFEE! I hadn’t been able to get that perfect early morning sip without adding 1/2 n 1/2 or milk to my coffee… until I made this Almond Milk! It’s as creamy as full cream milk, doesn’t taste like almonds… just like glory. I’ve been making my own for a few years now, and once I got in the rhythm it wasn’t hard at all. I do recommend purchasing a nut bag  to make your life easier… although I do still use a muslin cloth.





…so rich and creamy… the very best milk alternative I think…
