If I could choose, I would probably only eat three foods: smoothies, cake, and SALADS. I just love a good salad. I created this simple salad by accident last week, and was practically doing cartwheels when I tasted it and realized how amazing it was. Also, Mother’s Day is coming up, this would be a great addition to your brunch menu.
This salad is filled with so many delightful items: Spring greens, snow pea shoots, strawberries, goat cheese and those fabulous raw hemp hearts. I used goat cheese with honey, but you could use regular too. Never used hemp hearts before? Once you read the amazing health benefits you will be adding them into all of your smoothies and salads!
