Sushi bowls have become a new kid-friendly lunch favorite at our house.  They are easy, versatile and best of all: TASTY!  Mix and match your favorite vegetables for a deliciously filling meal.

Note: The red sauce on the spoon is Gochujang, a Korean red chili paste made of red chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans and salt.  I don’t particularly care for spice in my meals, but this adds some really tasty flavor to your sushi bowl.  I am a big fan.  For you spice-lovers out there, the more Gochujang you use, the hotter it gets!
