I love this homemade and healthier version of Ranch dressing. Made from 100% real ingredients this dressing has a bright and refreshing flavor, unlike it’s store bought cousin. We of course put it on salads, but mostly we dip veggies & chips in it or drizzle some on my stuffed sweet potatoes.

My inspiration for this Ranch Dressing comes from Danielle Walker’s recipe, which uses paleo mayo and all fresh herbs. However, I make this dressing so often I had to alter the recipe to be one I could create from pantry ingredients, without the need to run to the store!
Tip: just double the batch… you won’t regret it!
Ingredients
1/2 cup 'clean' Mayonnaise ( I like the Just Mayo brand, available at Target and most grocery stores)
1/4 cup canned full fat coconut milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp dried parsley
3/4 tsp dried dill
2 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Measure all ingredients together and whisk until smooth.
This dressing will last in the fridge for up to one week.
