This easy Salad Dressing is my go-to dressing. My mother made it, and I’ve brought into into my cooking tradition too.
This dressing will last, in a covered jar, on your counter top for 7-10 days ( if you don’t use it before then, that is).
I love it on any salad!
Ingredients
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 clove Garlic (Smashed, not crushed. You just want the flavor to infuse)
1 Tbsp fresh Lemon juice
Instructions
Measure into the jar and shake it up!
Lasts in the fridge for a long time… or on the counter for about a week.
