I love to add these to Salads! Garam Masala is a really flavorful Indian spice blend, ready to go in one bottle. The Cayenne Pepper gives these nuts a spicy little aftershock that I love.
Ingredients:
1 cup silvered Almonds
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 tsp Garam Masala spice mix
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Method:
Toss everything together on a lined baking tray. Bake at 425 for 5-8 mins, until a deep brown. Watch these carefully! They burn in a moment!
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
