My go to on a Summer night is Grilled meat and a big fat Salad. This Peach Salad has been my favorite this year! I love to serve it will grilled flank steak or chicken.

Make up a double batch of my Citrus Salad dressing - is SO good!
The best part about a big salad for dinner is that you have room for dessert!
Ingredients:
6 cups mixed Greens
2 Peaches, chopped
1/2 English Cucumber , chopped
4 spears of Celery, chopped
1 Avocado ( or 2😆) chopped
Microgreens
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
1/4 cup shelled Pistachios, chopped
1 recipe Citrus Salad Dressing
Method :
My no.1 too for being a Salad making Boss is to chopp everything to a similar size. This makes the eating experience so much more enjoyable!
Combine everything in a large bowl, chop, and serve!
