Whipped Greek Yoghurt and Berries

This really is hardly a recipe. I feel funny sharing it as that, but just these few tweaks really make yogurt and berries something pretty epic.

This makes a beautiful addition to Brunch, or serve it as a really easy dessert.

Recently this took center stage at Marissa and Marc's wedding Brunch. I loved the idea of a morning wedding followed by breakfast. It felt really genuine and easy to connect to the meaning of the day in.

Jamie, Hailey and I had the best time creating for this wedding, enjoy a few photos.

How to:

Mixed Berries, rinsed and chopped

Juice of 1 Lime

2 cups full fat Greek Yoghurt

1/2 cup heavy Whipping Cream

1 TBSP Hawaiian Honey or Maple Syrup

Place the berries in a pretty bowl and squeeze the juice of the lime over. I like to get in there with my fingers and rip out some of the lime flesh too.

In a second bowl, place the Greek yoghurt and blend in the whipping cream and honey. Give it a little whisk with a wire whisk to make it extra smooth.

Combine, to serve, in little bowls. Try adding the CommunityEats Granola for a splurgie breakfast !

This whipped Greek yogurt with berries sounds absolutely delicious—perfect for a light, healthy breakfast! The creamy yogurt topped with fresh berries is such a refreshing way to start the day. Speaking of breakfast, if you’re ever curious about how fast food compares, I recently checked out McDonald's Breakfast Menu in the UK. They offer a surprising range of choices, from traditional favorites to some unique items. It’s interesting to see the difference between something fresh and homemade like this yogurt bowl and the quick, convenient options you find at fast food spots. It really makes you appreciate the homemade touch!
